Type 2: Speaks a lot about taking action but never actually does it.
Type 1: Talks about higher visions.
Type 2: Gossips about minace of people.
Type 1: Compulsorily proactive.
Type 2: Only reactive.
Type 1: Sell service to themselves only.
Type 2: Sell service to others at a lower price.
Type 1: Saves a lot for future and reinveststs.
Type 2: Spends and spends to repent later.
PS: Type 2 represents the general poor and mediocre, while, Type 1 represents the opposite class of a society.
