It was not more than two years
That my destiny provoked me
To make the same blunder twice.
My old habit was about to
Respond in the same fashion
As I was usually expected to.
But someone from deep inside
Suddenly mocked at me and asked
"Are you the same ass ever-right ?"
I checked responding with
The conventional "I love you too."
The reply came instead as
"I know and that's nice."
To let life flow better,
What eventually concluded
Was a final "Good-bye".
