The celestial magician
Suddenly appeared one midnight
And told me -
"You have only three types of person
For genuine concern in your life.
The first one is youself.
The next ones are those
Whom you love
And the third group are those
Who are in need."
He said that
The priorities been settled,
Everybody requires one single thing
To healthily survive on earth
And that is money.
He also said
"I deposit 86400 seconds everyday
Into your life account,
Not for spending in your comfort zones
But for conversion into pure worth."
He looked at the picture
Of Sir Ratan Tata, hung on my wall,
And then at my eyes for some time,
Smiled mysteriously
Just when I had a cold shivering
And then left the stage
With dignified strides.
He was thoroughly ruthless this time.
He left no second alternative
Within my immediate limits
Than to humbly abide.
